Research And Design Of The Performance Appraisal System Of Electric Power Based On RBAC Model

Along with the electric power enterprise development, the electric power system of our country is also in constant reform. In order to better adapt to the electric power system reform, we must improve the performance appraisal system of electric power enterprise, the enterprise staffs performance comprehensive, objective, fair assessment. And the need to establish a set of assessment tasks and target assessment as one of the incentive mechanism, to improve the staffs working enthusiasm, so as to enhance the competitiveness of the company.The traditional performance evaluation system has been unable to meet the demand of electric power enterprises, therefore, according to the characteristics of electric power enterprises, the performance appraisal system of electric power enterprises is designed and function realization process, generally has the following several points:1. Adopt the RBAC model, and respectively assess the performances for the employees in different posts and layers by combining performance assessment index, management and evaluation index assessment, and work quality index assessment, and conduct detailed flow design for the system based on such assessment mode.2. In assessment function module, re-divide system module according to electricity enterprise characteristics to make it more specific. In assessment function module, realize independent role authority and assessment for the users in different posts and layers. In addition, conduct authority distribution for each layer and role and define different assessment index for different posts.3. Realize electricity performance assessment system based on the RBAC model. Design the whole system architecture, and design authority management subsystem based on such whole architecture.
