With the development of science and technology, and the popularity of the Internet technology, various bugs are continuously emerging in information security. Meanwhile the demand for information security technology is growing day by day. As a core portion of information security, the image encryption and anti-counterfeiting technology has become an international subject of frontier. This work starts with this researching background.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the optical theory, the status of image encryption technology and holographic lithography encryption technology is introduced, overlooked and summarized.(2)An image encryption algorithm based on fractional Mellin transform is used to target image encrypt, completed computer simulation experiment. On the statistics of the encryption algorithm, anti-noise, anti-shearing, safety is analyzed. Results showed that the algorithm on general common of attack has good resistant effect(3)On this basis, we combined optical image encryption algorithm with holographic lithography encryption technology. To encrypt the original image, make it become to the cipher image by an image encryption algorithm based on fractional Mellin transform, put cipher image into a holographic lithography sample image by miniature of encryption means, and make a photoresist plate that has cipher image information by maskless lithography. By analyzing our photoresist plate by the experiment, extract cipher image that in the sample image, and to decrypt the cipher image. Finally, we can get the result. Optical image encryption technology combined with holographic lithography optical image encryption technology improves the trademark anti-counterfeiting by holographic lithography, and the combo for the holographic anti-counterfeiting has good prospects.
