With the development of science in the compute technology, the image processing technology applied widely. Especially,the analysis of quality about laser hole drilling is an important step of the development about laser hole drilling. Therefore, it is important to analysis the thin material drilling.This thesis uses the MATLAB development tool, the MATLAB devepment language and the image processing technology to develop and study the system analysis of thin material drilling. This system possesses a function of opening image file, image processing, saving image and the analysis of quality at the same time. In my introduction, this thesis simply introduces the theory technology about MATLAB devepment environment and development course; after that, it provides the demand analysing of the overall system and the design struct of this system; and then, it stressly expunds process mode in the hole drilling and improves the processing method by analysing the characteristic of image to get the best processing scheme and draws the charateristic needed image to achieve the quality index simly. In the end, this thesis expunds the design and accomplishment about the every index of laser hole drilling quality analysis, which is directed to the hole ventilate,distribute character,circular character and circular rate and other indexs is used to accomplish the analysis of quality and obtain the experiment result.By analyzing the experiment result, we make a conclusion of the feasibility and the validity of the scheme and methods use in the system, and this system can run steady and the indexs in all directions are also meet the qualification. Therefore, this system possesses the great value to use and worth popularized.
