In a information era a fast development, audio communication has been the most efficient and convenient way for people to communicate over long-distance. However, what goes with that is communication security, which has posed a new challenge to people. Chaotic system has those features such as sensitive to initialization and unpredictability. It is more suited for information encrypt as the new cipher. Memristor is a new nonlinear circuit element, in nonlinear circuit, non-volatile memory and artificial neural network memristor has important potential application. Because memristor has not used commercially, this paper explored memristor model and its effectiveness in nonlinear chaotic circuit. Moreover, apply memristor chaotic in audio security communication as the new pseudo-random sequence.The main engagement is shown as follows:(1) Research on memristor model and memristor chaotic.The theoretical model of memristor is analyzed,and a active and passive flux-controlled mathematical model was proposed according to the mathematical model of the HP charge-controlled TiO2 memristor in this paper. Through which two-port-circuit model was designed and verified by a theoretical analysis. This paper also presents a simulation and verification for the flux-controlled circuit model by multisim and the results turn out to exactly match characteristics of the flux-controlled memristor under different conditions. Then a model based on memristor chaotic was proposed, which analyzed the system dynamically. Apart from this, a continuous chaotic system with exponential function was designed for a pseudo-random sequence with better design performance,simulation and theoretical analysis show that it has more sophisticated dynamic characteristics.(2) Research on pseudo-random sequence. In order to get chaos sequence, couducted the memristor chaotic system and exponential chaotic system to discret measurement by using the threshold decision and direct extraction method, which obtained chaotic sequence with excellent performance according to the NIST test result. It more suitable as the initial key sequence for chaotic stream cipher and chaotic DES hybrid algorithm Because of expand the key length.(3) The design of audio security communication system based on memristor chaotic system. Design a wireless audio communication system based on chaotic encryption. Incorporating chaotic pseudo – random sequence into DES encryption algorithm, sets chaos sequence as the privately key of DES cipher and encrypt the internet speech communication based on Wifi. Confidential audio transmission and conversation are achieved through the main program module, the audio capture and playback module, encoding and decoding module, encryption and decryption module, communicate module based on arm. The main program module processes parameters, conducts the internet and audio device initialization, and uses multi-threaded programming to record, encode, encrypt, send, and receive, decrypt, decode, and playback. Currently the design makes it possible to implement point to point conversation, broadcast and multicast conversation.
