Hybrid Multi-hop and Cellular Network is a new kind of dynamic complex network as well as a new kind of dynamic communication network. It possesses the advantages both of Cellular Network and Ad hoc network while integrating them organically. These advantages include virtual cell expanding, virtual cell splitting, forming local region subnet and so on. However, as a rising model of the future communication, the security issue in Hybrid Multi-hop and Cellular Network must be concentrated. It could be attacked more easily as its characteristic such as flexibly networking and dynamic changing topology. This brings severe challenge to its security.Precise node mobility model is the premise for analyzing virus spreading. It mainly reflects nodes’ moving situation. At present, the raised mobility models such as Random Waypoint model、Random Direction model consider dispersive nodes’ moving merely. In realistic life, the nodes’ distribution in Hybrid Multi-hop and Cellular Network are not disordered and unsystematic but with aggregation character. Therefore, RWP is not fit for the realistic condition. This paper researched nodes mobility regular by combining complex network theory, and submit two kinds of mobility models, Guassian-based mobility model and Aggregation-based mobility model, then research virus propagation character on this two models. The paper proformed research from the following two aspects with combining complex network theory:Firstly, according to the realistic moving condition of the nodes in Hybrid Multi-hop and Cellular Network, raised two kinds of mobility model, Gaussian-based mobility model and Aggregation-based mobility model, and calculate the average degree, clustering coefficient and average path lenghth, then reached a conclusion that both of the two mobility models have small-world character contrast to RWP.Secondly, simulating the spreading process of SI model, SIS model and SIR model on Hybrid Multi-hop and Cellular Network, and contrasting different nodes’ communication radius and different nodes’ moving rates influence on virus spreading. Then reached the conclusion that nodes’ mobility would speed up virus spreading rate. Carrying out efficient measure at proper moment could prevent virus massive explosion.
