Electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) is a modern optical measurement, it developed very rapidly in recent years. Due to its advantages of high precision, fast, full-field, it has been widely used in the area of surface roughness measurement, plane surface loss analysis, stress and strain analysis. With the advent of temporal speckle pattern interferometry measurement, speckle interferometry system to realize real-time measurement. In the process of temporal speckle pattern interferometry signal (TSPI), because there are many kinds of wavelet function and wavelet transform has the ability of local analysis, the wavelet function can be selected according to the signal characteristics. So the application of wavelet analysis technology in TSPI can be more accurate, more flexible. In this paper, we proposed a piecewise adaptive wavelet algorithm for speckle signal, and set up the speckle interference measurement system, verify the accuracy of the algorithm.The main works of this paper are as follows:(1)Several methods of digital image processing are compared and by using cosine transform filtering to complete the image filtering;(2)By analysis the wavelet transform and wavelet packet filtering algorithm, through analysis the selection of wavelet parameters, we proposed an adaptive algorithm processing speckle pattern based on wavelet analysis;(3) By building the temporal speckle pattern interferometry measure system, using the algorithm we proposed and compared with the traditional wavelet algorithm, it proved the superiority of our algorithm;...
