Now is the era of information, Microblog has become a new life-style which is a way for people to express their own emotions and have a good communication with each other. People can record everything in their daily life including foundations and interesting news around them. Sina microblog becomes one of the best in this business with a huge development. It is also gradually becoming the most influential social media platform as one of the most influential social tools. With the rapid growth of the users, Sina microblog produces large numbers of information. The amount of information which is to be sent will not only increase rapidly during a short time but this situation will continue a period of time when some social event happened. This would undoubtedly make it more difficult for the technology department to manage.Microblog fault management system adopts the gold combination which is Apache+PHP+phpMyAdmin+MySQL. This system is built by PHP. The Apache Web server provides the Web service. Background data is processing by MySQL and managing by phpMyAdmin. The purpose of this paper is entering the managing process after finding the bug which is according to whether it needs warming or not and managing the system. The author has programmed four modules which are data monitoring module, public opinion monitoring module, malfunction process module and malfunction managing module. Each module and its function are described below:(1) The data monitoring module. Due to this module provides the data monitoring people to use, it should display all different data graphs which reflect the business volume of company. If it touches the threshold, warming should be prompted.(2) The public opinion monitoring module. This module is for the public opinion monitoring people. It can reflect the warming situations which could be described by color, voice and other forms through the view. Then enter to a alarm board, through this board we can see the same brief information about the current public opinion monitoring warming.(3) The malfunction process module. The function of this module:first, the managements could report, follow-up, response, update and recover the bugs. Moreover, above operation cannot only response the bugs, but send the reminder to related people by emails before which can also send test emails.(4) The malfunction managing module. This module mainly makes it convenient for the managements deal with the existing problems of company. In this module, managements can do any operations such as searches, edit, modification, deletion and checking the existing bugs.I took part in and developed the project of Microblog fault management system during my interview in Sina. This project is just used by Sina own technology safeguard department and its managements. Currently, this manage system has been put into operation and used in good condition. The risk which is induced by the residual error and distorted of managements has been decreased through the monitoring alarm and the dispose of bugs. These methods could also improve the efficiency of the team, maintain the stabilization of microblog platform and enhance the experience value of the users.
