The Research Of Enterprise Value Evaluation Of Bestv Company Mergers And Reorganization

The idea of capital operation gradually in-depth enterprise business philosophy, the use of assets restructuring to optimize enterprise management elements on the micro structure and create enterprise value, become a major domestic industrial upgrading a channel, through the merger and reorganization after the development of the industrial chain to do bigger and stronger, to build competitive advantage. In this paper, we select the vision of new media companies as the research object, discusses how it through mergers and reorganization restructuring development industry chain to achieve the enterprise value problem. In this paper, we stood in the perspective of enterprise value assessment, over hundred of vision of the company’s industry chain layout, summarizes their advantages and disadvantages.This article mainly from three aspects briefly hundred industry chain layout characteristics of vision company, which main business, investment cooperation, scientific research training. In the three aspects as the starting point, the industrial chain of transverse and longitudinal joint best vision company and form an ecological virtuous circle. By comparing before and after the restructuring of revenue, revenue growth, operating cost, net income, EBIT, EBITDA and ROE financial indicators analysis, such as industrial restructuring in the plane of the static analysis to the best of vision changes in the company. Then stand in the perspective of enterprise value assessment, method of EVA was used to assess the enterprise value.Finally, this paper think that the industrial restructuring has made phased success. But whether this model can duplicate is also up for debate, but at least the new view of vision of the company’s TV provides us with a new way of thinking, so it is of research significance.
