The Research And Develop Of CoDeSys Diagram Programming Simulation Platform Under EPLC

XML has the characteristics of flexibility, self-description, extensibility, opennessand portability, so it gradually becomes an important standard of data representationand exchange of information for Web. XML’s nature make itself applied to the dataexchange between isomerous system. Currently the PLC programs meeting theIEC61131-3standard are described by XML.In this paper，firstly a programming platform is designed, of which mode ofoperation similar is to CoDeSys’. Then this platform is docked with the core of CASSdiagram programming platform, simultaneously leading to this ladder programdesigned on this platform running on ePLC successfully and smoothly. Finally, theaim that CoDeSys diagram programming simulation platform is developed on ePLCis achieved. The focus of this study that how XML documents of different formatscan be conversed is led out when the two heterogeneous platforms are docked witheach other.This article is mainly about the technology of XML document transformation，made the following main work:(1) we study the composition, the characteristics andthe work process of the technology of XML, XSL and XSLT. The processing modelof XSLT is analyzed in this paper;(2) it is related to the problem on the conversionbetween different formats of XML documents when the two isomerism platform isdocked in this paper. Then a solution based on the intermediate specification isproposed to achieve the conversion and the intermediate data description specificationis introduced in this paper. One model to realize the indirect conversion between twodifferent formats of XML documents is proposed;(3) completed the design andimplement of the diagram programming platform which operating mode is similar toCoDeSys and verify the method and mode of transform above with this platform andCASS platform.
