Solar energy as pollution-free green energy, is an effective means to realize the energyconservation and emissions reduction. As the government attaches great importance to energyconservation and emissions reduction and encourages the development of solar energy heatutilization, the market for solar hot water system engineering gets rapid development. Thecontroller of solar hot water system is responsible for running the scene of the whole monitoringinformation, and its function and quality directly affect the system performance, which is the corecomponent of field monitoring.This subject aims to create a controller of solar hot water system which can be applied to avariety of engineering mode of solar system. The controller is composed to touch screen, generalanalog acquisition module and general switch quantity control module. The touch screen has avariety of functions, such as graphics, animation, the display of text information andhuman-computer interaction. In addition, the controller also performs the control strategy toComplete control functions. With the problem of the existing controllers of single pattern, this topicputs forward the designing scheme of the controller which has a lot of patterns. With20kinds of thepreset engineering model, the controller is suitable for about60percent of the solar projects and canchoose, download and install the corresponding procedures according to the type of the projects. Inorder to improve the energy saving efficiency of solar thermal engineering, the controller has takenmuch time bucket and many strategies and the control strategies of many control functions bring theengineers and users professional control. In addition, the controller also has a simple model. Theusers only need to select the situation and the basic parameters, and the system will automaticallychoose the best running state and provide a simple and convenient user experience.When understanding the working principle of the solar thermal engineering and summarizingthe system function design demand, we put forward the overall architecture and design of controlstrategy of the controller. We analyze the most typical project strategy scheme of the single tank,gain the design of the strategy and program and complete the code through the modularprogramming.The structure and working principle of each module of the controller is expounded in detail inthis paper and the main interface and function of expert mode and simple mode are described emphatically. At the same time, the fault handling of controller design scheme is analyzed and wefinish the design of the multi-modal controller of solar engineering.Finally, through the electromagnetic interference test and function test, the solar controller isused in actual engineering for the whole machine performance verification. After a long running,the results and data are shown and the controller has very stable and wide applications, excellenttechnical and economic indicators. Besides the controller improves the adaptability of the solarproject controller and the efficiency of energy conservation and emissions reduction of solarprojects.
