Research And Application Of The Large Hospital Construction Project Management Information System

With the rapid development of modern medical system, the traditional project managementmode and the management method can not meet the complex needs of the business. Sodeveloping a project management system that suits the current health care industrial field isimportant.Building a project management system that can make a good use of current availableinformation resources is the first and most important task. Hospital construction projectmanagement information system is an engineering management information system whichcontaind entire departments of hospital and their engineering management which related tocooperation with every construction companies such as intendance corp, excogitation corp,construction corp, device dept etc.This paper focuses on two themes, including hospital construction projectmanagement information system bidding management and high performance hospitalinfrastructure management system. In view of the problems, such as the large volume of business,complicated management process,the difficulty of bidding management,and between EMRS andthe information can not be shared. The main context and achievement of this thesis are asfollows:(1) Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance of the hospitalconstruction project management information system, expounds the current situation of thedevelopment of construction project management information system in various fields at homeand abroad. The key technology and theory relates to the hospital construction projectmanagement information system have been studied, providing a feasible guarantee for therealization of the management information system.(2) Secondly, this paper analyzes infrastructure projects supplier evaluation index systemmodel, establishes the system of supplier evaluation index weight determination method bycomparing the existing suppliers and puts forward the improved FAHP for more accurateevaluation results. The work of establishing the large hospital construction project managementstandards of multi-objective supplier evaluation index system has been completed. The the example of this system also has been verified.(3) Thirdly, this paper orders the basis of the related technology and demand analysis andtheory, sets up the hospital infrastructure project management platform system frame structure.The database scheme and system security strategy on the system are discussed. The design ofsystem database is completed. The designs and illustrations function modules of the system aremade. At last, this paper studies and implements the bidding expert rapid search strategy.
