With the accelerating pace of construction of logistics center, how to integrate resources of multiple logistics center in the region is a key technical issue of developing regional logistics. As the core node of regional logistics network, coordination and interaction among logistics centers is an important way to achieve the integration of resources and improve the operational efficiency of the logistics center. Since benefit allocation and other issues, traditional logistics alliance has been unable to meet the market demand for modern logistics technology in dealing with the logistics task cooperation under the rapid development of information technology. Based on collaborative operation mode of traditional logistics alliance, create logistics collaboration services in the form of cloud services relying on cloud computing, networking, virtualization, SOA technology.Development and application of cloud technology provided a new research approach for logistics center multitasking collaboration. Based on the analysis of cloud logistics, logistics center and collaborative logistics, this paper designs logistics center task coordination system and collaborative process based on the cloud. Establish the logistics model of collaborative task processing through the analysis and design of cooperative system and cooperative process. Combine the load state of each logistics enterprises and queuing situations, as well as the center of logistics tasks the actual processing capacity to solve the model. Design the formation mechanism of logistics project, the mechanism of selection and outsourcing, time and queuing mechanism, at the same time, work out the algorithm accordingly. At last, this paper verify the validity of the algorithm through the example analysis.
