With the development of the feed science, formula feed which mixed by a variety of feed raw materials has be widely used in animal feed. This trend makes the formula design becomes an important topic in animal husbandry. Now there are two problems with in the process of formula design. On the one hand, since the feed price fluctuations and the particularity of livestock growth, too much manpower used to the calculation feed formula and data input. On the other hand, because the grass is excluded from feed ingredients, pasture of breeding integration hardly to reduce costs by grass. This thesis has proposed the way to solve these two problems.The system obtains nutrients and costs for feed material by connecting to the feed manufacturers’ system and get info of grass and animal by connecting with breeding integration enterprise. Compared with Current social popular feed formula software, this system increases the measure and calculate interface to maintain information of grass and feed material, the user management system and avoid feed material which can’t be got is added into the formula. Then system according to the breeding standards promulgated by the ministry of agriculture and livestock growth situation to calculate animal’s nutritional requirements. solving the whole feed formula by linear programming, multi-objective programming, integer programming and genetic algorithm. Because the large part of data obtain by communication between systems, reduces quantity of input and configure for operation person, reduces difficulty of the training. At the same time, by grass is calculated as a material for feed, the system can improve the efficiency of breeding on the integration of enterprises in the use of forage, and reduce the time and cost used in enterprise configuration feed.This system deployed in the academy’s website, so use B/S structure. It is separated into interface layer, data layer, business logic layer, and display layer by using a hierarchy layer classify architecture to reduce the change cause by iteration have influence on other levels. On the interface layer, use the perl script will transformation the data from different system into the same format, and then data is Loaded by the Java program; In the data layer will record the data which include all involved, it will be help for the further improvement of the system; On the business logic layer, the system is divided into nutrition requirements and feed formula need to calculate the two parts. The algorithms of all parts are relatively independent, so they easy to improve. In the view layer is include one main page and few other page, users can learn and use it easily.
