Under the traditional system of the Internet, in order to carry new services and improve service quality, network load and node performance are consistently enhancing. However, the original design of the existing Internet does not take into account the continuously increasing network scale, which has become an important factor restricting the rapid development of the Internet. And the mobility, security, and scalability issues it brings are major challenges faced by the current Internet.The Universal network is a new Internet architecture based on the separating and mapping technology, combining the advantages of the Internet and traditional telecom network. The network is divided into the access network and the backbone network, putting forward the concept of AID (ACCESS IDENTIFIER) and RID (ROUTING IDENTIFIER). The program fundamentally solves the problem of IP dual attributes. As a representative of the next generation Internet, on the one hand, it can improve the network quality of service; on the other hand it can enhance the safety performance of the network and work with the existing Internet and network architecture.At the same time, the traditional telecommunications network has transformed from2G/3G to LTE (Long Term Evolution),4G. Network stability, security, user information is increasingly becoming the focus of attention. The all-IP core network telecommunication network architecture provides the possibility for the expansion of new telecommunication network core network. Therefore, In this paper, This paper extends the corresponding function entity of traditional telecom network and the Unversal networks, proposes and realizes coverged scheme of the two network and triple certification varifying system model.First of all, the paper analyzes the current research and describes the mobile communication network, Univeral network and access authentication technology.Secondly, this paper designs and implements the integration mechanism of converged mobile communication and Universal Network. This paper analyzes the two existing mobile communication network——GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) and LTE, and respectively puts forward the research scheme of the corresponding converged netowrk. The scheme extends the functionality of GPRS and LTE network entities and designs the function module and the interactive process. This paper designs a kind of SGSN (Serving GPRS Support Node) simulator for analog SGSN entities function in mobile communication network and analog phone users to send and receive data capabilities.Then, this paper designs implements the authentication system of converged Mobile communication and Universal Network. The system comprises a mobile-specific gateway and authentication server two main functional entities. This paper designs funchtion of both of two entities and proposes the relevant signaling interaction process between the specific modules of the functional entity.Finally, by setting up a test environment, this paper completes testing of each module and the overall system. Module testing includes GPRS network testing, SGSN simulator testing and the Unversal network; Overall system tests include integration of GPRS network and the Universal network testing and authentication system functional testing. Tests show that the system is designed to realize integration and authentication of coverged mobile communication network and Universal network, with better security guarantee.
