Oilfield Mobile Communication Network, Ota-capable Support System

This paper starts with STK (SIM card tool kit) card, then analyzes the security problem ofSTK-based OTA system. To solve the security problem of STK, it presents a multi-level dynamicpassword authentication scheme which bases on the authentication of security flatform is applied to thissystem. The scheme can carry on the bidirectional authentication, check the identity of subscriber,ensure the integrality of data and resist replay attack, ect.The technique of STK-based OTA, making use of the relatively mature short message network tobe the bearing of data transformation at present, adds the STK card function characteristic, contactes thefixed invariable restricting of mobile telephone SIM card menu, then operaters provide advantage to thebusiness man to exploit more individual and closer to the need of consumers.This paper works out the frame of the system supported by OTA operation finally and designs thefunctions such as menu management, PUSH operation, long-distance management of OTA card. Theresearch of this project lays solid theoretical foundation to promote downloading technology over theair.
