The emergence of cloud computing for many traditional IT industry has opened up new areas, and for many mature traditional IT techniques specified in the new direction, especially with the cloud computing maturity step by step, it gradually became a strong the wave impact on the traditional industries and traditional techniques, forcing them to make changes to adapt to survive, the digital copyright protection technology is one of them. How to curb piracy of digital content in the new environment and in the new technical background, and how to maintain normal network development has become a focus of current research.Digital copyright protection is an important application for protection of digital content security and maintenance of digital content’s copyright, digital copyright protection is an important application for protection of digital content security and maintenance of digital content’s copyright, which through a variety of information security technology to ensure authorized users to make reasonable use of digital content within their authority, in order to protect the legitimate rights of digital content providers and consumer. In the cloud computing environment, the distribution and dissemination of digital content has become more convenient and fast, which makes traditional digital copyright protection scheme is no longer applicable, at the same time, due to the powerful features of cloud computing, users experience needs are gradually improving and the way users use digital content is changing, which makes digital copyright protection technology needed change for adapt to people’s higher demand. More importantly, cloud computing environment have the characteristic of semi-trusted, which brings major insecurity to user privacy, in the study of digital copyright protection in the future, Whether can guarantee the safety of users’ privacy will be the touchstone to digital copyright protection scheme.In order to solve the problems above, this paper analysis and research the digital copyright protection technology under the cloud computing environments, and propose a digital copyright protection scheme with support privacy preserving in cloud computing(DSPC). In the DSPC, we proposed a framework for protect digital content copyright and user privacy under cloud computing environment, and design the corresponding four major protocols:Initiation Protocol, digital content encryption protocol, license obtain protocol and digital content decryption protocol. In the four protocol above, we use attribute-based encryption algorithm and homomorphic encryption algorithm to split, distribution, combine the digital content encryption key, and to protect its security in the whole life cycle of digital rights. While, through the attribute-based encryption algorithm we also support granular access control for the digital content, and support content provider changing the sharing groups according to practical requirements. In the DSPC, we allows users to order and anonymous use digital content in the super-distribution mode and online mode. At the same time, the scheme could prevent user’s sensitive information be collected and analyzed, protect user privacy.
