Optical imaging, as an important part of molecular imaging, has been developed rapidly. Benefit from the feature of high sensitivity and resolution of optical device, Cerenkov radiation find its way to be used in clinical area, which first apperas as the modility of Cerenkov Luminescence Imaging. Simulation is a irreplaceable way in research, which can be used to gather information without lots of experiments. Focused on Cerenkov Luminescence Imaging, there are two respects of the research, including the luminescence propagation process when particle travels throughout biological tissues and the simulation of lens.Monte Carlo based Cerenkov simulation platform has been used to simulate the luminescence propagation process. However, two problems exists: complex to use and a lack of lens system simulation. Due to the special scripts of GAMOS, the control of the system becomes even complex when there are more and more objects. A software is needed to handle the problems including design and script generation.On the other hand, lens system plays an important role in all optical imaging system, GAMOS is focused on Cerenkov process, that means the result may be wrong when changing lens. The simulation should take lens system simulation into consideration. To achieve this, the second part of this paper is focused on how to simulate the lens system. Finally, a simple model was used to test the simulation platform. The results show a good quality simulation of real CCD camera and Cerenkov process.
