The electromagnetic scattering is an important topic in grazing incidence of low grazing incidence is a practical problem, low grazing wind-driven sea scattering echo and missile guidance, low technology, object recognition is still the research focus in the world. Grazing problem for the military, especially the shipborne radar near surface target use is very important, to solve the grazing problem has become an important field in national defense and civil communication research. This paper introduces several classical abyssal sea spectrum, and discuss the contrast in several offshore sea spectrum, combining venturi spectral geometric modeling of offshore by Monte Carlo method. The basic theory of electromagnetic scattering from the rough surface, by the small slope of the electromagnetic scattering problems of approximation method, the small slope approximation derived series expansion, while the small slope approximation are compared with NRL-4FR experimental results, the numerical results show that the small slope approximation and wide scope of application, and the result is accurate, especially in the grazing shooting conditions and the actual measurement results agree with the. The results also show that the small slope approximation method is applied to the surface of microwave backscattering models, easy to realize and simplified, result is accurate.L band shore-based radar sea clutter data based on, the applicability of four kinds of semiempirical sea clutter mean scattering coefficient model GIT model, TSC model, NRL model and MCSM model in the offshore area, analyzed the difference of mean scattering coefficient model and experience, and the parameters are modified.
