Waveguide optical phased array(WOPA), a new laser scanning technology, can be used for rapid and wide scanning with auto-addressing. WOPA is of great interesting in various fields including missile guidance, laser fuze, et al. The content of this paper has important guiding significance for the development of the optical waveguide optical phased array.Aiming to the scanning control and photoelectric measurement systems, this thesis is devoted to the optical launching and receiving systems. Using Zemax, a lanching system of scanning range ±10° and a receiving system with focal length 58.1mm and angle of view 4° are designed. The optical system has characteristics of simple structure, low cost and easy processing. Time is distinguished using front-time method, and time interval is measured using transmission interpolation method which is based on the chip of rapid time interval measurement. Combined with the driving principle of serial communication and the optical waveguide phased array control, the software has written using MFC. For the rapid scanning of WOPA, a metering scheme for the measurement of scanning speed is proposed under continuous laser and pulsed laser, and the correctness and feasibility of such scheme are experimentally verified.
