With the rapid development of social economy, the country needs a large number of high-level talents into economic construction. In order to meet this demand, the country takes measures actively. Since 2009, the Ministry of Education of china has decided to expand the scope of the full-time professional degree graduate admissions. For professional degree postgraduate, the cultivation model is the theoretical study combined with the outside practice, which is different from the academic graduate students. And the research of the function and influence from different practice platform for the students’ comprehensive ability can provides the data and methods support for the education management department to monitor the level and quality of graduate education.With the rapid development of education informatization and the investment from the country, all kinds of education information applications are constantly emerging, which promote the modernization of education. However, the related research of influence from graduate students’ off-campus practice platform for training students’ comprehensive ability is rare, and the mature off-campus practice platform information system to track and manage students’ practical information is less. And the whole process of students’ practice is certain to be referred to the processing of the mass education information. The emergence of cloud computing provides the scientific basis for the processing mass education information, discuss the application of cloud services in education informationization is the important development trend.This paper will discuss the application of cloud computing in education informationization, design a cloud computing system architecture which is based on the system architecture of distributed computing, and based on this architecture, realize the information management system of graduate students’ off-campus practice platform. First of all, carry on the detailed demand analysis and overall function design for the things of graduate students off-campus practice; design a system architecture which is based on distributed computing, and based on this, put forward an architecture design which combines with cloud computing, it includes cloud server and cloud client; secondly, analyze and design the system function from the cloud server and cloud client. At cloud server, propose a information sharing model based on cloud computing. Finally, it is the implementation of system functions. And for example, in University of Jinan, do the statistical analysis of the collected students’ practical information and draw the conclusion. The proposal of the information sharing model based on cloud services provides a good reference and model supporting for the problem of repetitive construction of education information system and lack of education resources. The realization and data analysis of graduate students’ off-campus practice platform information management system have very good practical application values for providing the data decision support for education management departments.
