The Exploitation Of Ground Reflector Antenna’s Temperature Test System And Temperature Pattern Analysis

With the rapid development of technology, large diameter foundation reflector antenna is more and more widely used in such fields as modern communication and Aeronautics and astronautics. As the requirements for the performance of the antenna is higher and higher, its diameter is bigger and bigger, the sun radiation temperature field produced by the influence of thermal deformation of antenna performance is growing.Therefore, it is very valuable to researching the Temperature effect of the foundation of antenna in engineering. Due to solar radiation temperature field is very complex, and affected by many factors, so the research methods we used include experiment,the simulation and the method of combining. This article is for the experiment antenna and the antenna in actual engineering structures, set up a measurement platform to measure temperature and wind speed and direction, combined with the simulation calculation, study the building process of the test system and antenna temperature field.First, aiming at the ground reflector antennas which exposes to the natural environment, a test system which is capable of a real-time measurement, processing and storing the temperature information is developed. Combined with practical work to take reasonable measures to make corrections.Then use the test system for a long time continuous monitoring, find the extreme high and extreme low temperatures and Maximum temperature gradient condition in measurement data of more than a year, and put forward improvement opinion to extreme condition prediction method.Second,promotion on the temperature test platform for the 7.3m antenna,develop a temperature test platform for a 35 m antenna, test platform, and to establish the model of antenna simulation, determine the boundary conditions,analyse the antenna temperature field in multiple working conditions.Finally with the help of single chip microcomputer, Lab VIEW and SQL SERVER, develop a measuring system which used measure the wind speed and direction, and then through the long time continuous measurement, seek the law of the wind in the region, and study the temperature gradient of the antenna structure effected by wind speed.
