With the development of technology the medical cause improved rapidly, also the aging society take an unprecedented challenge to it. Not only the medical establishment can not give their service to satisfied the aging people, but also the aging people need to treat in hospitals for a long time, this problems are nightmares to medical establishment now and future. How to deal this questions with not enough medical staffs and places become a hot point to recent research. The low-delay communication scheduling research which based on wireless body area network (WBAN) is essentially use multi-channel technology and set waiting queues for each channel to avoid competition among wireless sensors, and then use Dijkstra algorithm to find a path between sensor and sink which has the least hops, in this way can improve the throughout and reduce the relay of the network. The energy efficiency research based on WBAN is essentially use the shadow of anticipation to reduce the times of use relay node and initial channels and control the switch to reduce the times of channel change, and this can cut down the energy lost. This paper main work is:(1) According the different important degree of packets, we set priority for each collected packets and set waiting queues for each channel. The result from NS2 platform shows the algorithm we proposed can reduce the delay and improve the throughout.(2) Use shadow anticipation algorithm identify when we can use relay node and when we can communication directly. The experiment shows this algorithm can reduce the times of use relay node and improved the energy efficiency.(3) Initial channels for every paths, and use channels switch algorithm to control the switch of channel. The result shows this algorithm not only reduce the switch times, but also reduce the energy consumption.
