In recent years, with the continuous improvement of computer performance, the rapid growth of Internet technology and bandwidth, data transmission over the Internet needs to be done, data storage, and handling a variety of information services business, then the numbers are rapidly growing. In this context, a new calculation is carried out and called as cloud computing. The core idea is to mandate massive user requests submitted to a large pool of resources from inexpensive computer cluster configuration, users can get their needs of computing power, storage space and information services based on demand. But faced with a huge number of distributed strong and has a strong dynamic changes in resource use which method of organization and scheduling of resources is one of the key technologies of cloud computing. From the definition of cloud computing and cloud service providers operating status and feedback learned Explorer cloud data center is the core issue of cloud computing, but the most important needs for resource management research is resource scheduling strategy.This paper is a study of resource scheduling strategy cloud resource environment, leafing through the latest domestic and international references and the latest on cloud computing and cloud computing resource scheduling aspects of IT, mainly to do the following research work and present their innovations.Firstly, the development of the latest technologies and the trends of researches at home and abroad are learned by reading the latest papers of theirs. With the attention and investment in domestic government and IT giants of cloud computing, cloud computing technology is developmenting rapidly and some can even match the foreign cloud service providers. Learning the various core technologies of needed in the cloud computing infrastructure, such as virtualization, automated deployment and monitoring technology by studying the documents and learning the cloud landing technology architecture which are shared by the major cloud service. At the same time, compared with cloud computing and previous grid computing and parallel computing on the same points as well as the different points and mutual relationships and the research extend and direction of domestic and foreign research on cloud computing resource scheduling policies are analyzed.Secondly, the paper poses on a cloud computing resource scheduling policy combined with PSO Algorithm, which is simple and fast convergence and Genetic Algorithm, which has wide search space and is easy to get the advantages of high accuracy optimal solution by the reference on the researches on the resource scheduling strategy for cloud computing of the domestic and international.Thirdly, The results through simulation experiments on CloudSim show that the new algorithm spends less time than the PSO and other algorithms, and has fast speed, good performance and cluster load balancing.
