With the information system been widely and deeply used in the domestic retail industry, enterprises gradually establish platforms of information sharing to eliminate the isolated islands of information among systems. LensCrafters company as the world’s biggest eyewear retailer, rose its sales in Greater China year by year. Because they did not take fully into account the development speed of domestic business at the beginning of the ERP software construction, customer transction and optometry check data between Hongkong and the mainland in the framework of the system belong to the Greater China could not be shared. At the same time, the prescription integrated by the existing POS system only record customer’s optician optometry generating data. The system is too single to meet the and requirements of optometry services of enterprises. Therefore, LensCrafters Greater China has a pressing requirement to establish a unifies platform. The platform should own a professional and pertinence information systems in order to satisfy the need of the data sharing of Greater China and improving of the service level and brand image.This article firstly expounds the insufficiency of the eye optometry service with the existing POS system, the necessity of developing new ocular refraction information system. On this basis, it analyses functional requirements and business process of the core module of the system. According to the business requirements, the system architecture of eye optometry is designed. The three main functional modules, the system input optometry identified module, optometry input module and optometry information query module, have been designed in detail by using the object-oriented design techniques. System in accordance with the domain driven design ideas, focusing on WCF technology to discuss the design and implementation of the system architecture design, optometry single upload module based on Domain Driven Design, points out the framework of the realization of data exchange system based on WCF technology. Finally the extended applications of ocular refraction information system have been discussed.
