With the rapid growth of wireless communication technology, the services of wireless network will be more and more various.Especially in recent years, user demands such as real-time voice, video on demand, Internet web browsing,E-mail and other services increase rapidly. Both real-time and non-real-time services mixed in the wireless network. different service have different Qo S deamnds,and hence, to provide a good quality of service for the users has become the main direction for the development of wireless network. To achieve that,the design of the wireless network resource allocation scheme is one of the most important factors.Time Slice Rotation Scheme could assure the fairness among the users, but the throughputs of the system is pretty low; Rate Of Maximum Allocation Scheme could achieve the best throughputs but at the cost of fairness; Fairness Based Allocation Scheme takes both fairness and throughputs into consideration, but the performance compromises as well. So we could see that traditional allocation scheme only make balances between the fairness and throughputs, without the consideration of Qo S requirements and the diversity of wireless network services, which could not satisfy the different Qo S demands in different services and users in multi-services wireless network environment.Based on the Qo S requirements, aim to meet the different Qo S requirements in different services, this paper proposed a wireless resource allocation scheme based on unified utility and modified Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm(UU-PSO).This scheme make up for the deficiency of the traditional wireless network resources allocation and take the diversity of the wireless network services into consideration.According to the 3GPP standard, wireless network services is divided into the following four classes: streaming class services,conversation class services,background class services and interaction class services. Based on the different Qo S requirements of four classes sevices, muti-sevices resource allocation mathematical model of the wireless network is established.Finally,the paper use modified PSO algorithm to find the optimal solution for this model.The simulation on MATLAB shows that UU- PSO scheme increase the total utility of the system.Under the same total resources, modified PSO algorithm is more stable performance than the general PSO algorithm and it can achieve higher utility than Heuristic Search Algorithm.In addition, in the case of insufficient resources, UU- PSO scheme give priority to satisfy users who have the higher Qo S demands, and it can also avoid some users to take up too much resources to wastes the resources in the case of sufficient resources so that UU- PSO scheme guarantees the fairness among users in some degree.
