Taking mobile phone and wallet with you is indispensable to modern people. However, with the continuous development of science and technology, those two objects are more and more show the tendency of two-in-one, although their using properties and function is much difference. Especially with the advent of smart phones, mobile payment provides a new way which makes mobile phone and wallet more closely.The core of mobile payment is to combine mobile phone with smart cards, mobile phone will simulate as a smart card to achieve near-field communication, and it also can complete remote payment functions between mobile phone and financial institutions by network communication function.This paper firstly introduces the development trend of mobile payments, combined with the domestic situation, this paper introduces several kinds of mobile payment solutions, such as:SMS payment solutions, client payment, peripherals payment, SIM card full payment, NFC full payment, NFC-SIM payment, etc., summary the advantages and disadvantages of various payment solution.This paper focuses on two kinds of MicroSD payment solutions, one is the SWP-SD card solution, and it’s based on NFC technology, integrated intelligent security chip, using integrated in mobile terminal NFC contactless communication function, forming payment information carrier, support remote payment and near field trading. Additionally the other is ANT-SD solution, it combine with security module, the CLF module and antenna integration, it don’t require to modify the mobile design, complete remote payment only need a normal SD card slot, finished near field trading only need SD power supply.From functional modules to interface, from substrate design to assembly, from driver development to the test validation, from RD problems to solution, based on the MicroSD, The paper fully include design, production, debug, and MP process. This paper aims to introduce the MicroSD card solution. It can take new vitality to mobile payment solutions field.
