As a special drug for vaccination,the safety of vaccines is closely bound up the health of citizens and the happiness of families.As vaccine incidents occur frequently,the community calls for a whole-process retroactive Supervision system to strengthen vaccine supervision.Therefore,the State Food and Drug Administration has formulated a national policy to establish a vaccine traceability system,requiring the national and provincial Supervision departments to establish vaccine traceability supervision systems.The topic of the paper comes from a provincial vaccine traceability supervision system established by the author's internship company.The design of the provincial Vaccine Supervision Platform is based on the actual requirements of vaccine supervision.The platform realizes functions as the management of provincial vaccine information,the analysis of circulating data,and the warning of abnormal risks.It includes five modules: provincial/municipal CDC cold storage management,distribution supervision,vaccine use management,vaccine supervision and statistical analysis.The main work of the paper is as follow:(1)Based on the current situation of vaccine supervision at home and abroad,the paper introduces the development background of the platform,and expounds technology used in the development such as Storm,Hadoop and SSM framework.(2)According to the demand analysis of vaccine Supervision,the paper designs the overall architecture and technical architecture of the platform.Furthermore,the overall functional structure and and the database table structure are designed.(3)The paper detailedly introduces the design and implementation process of the Vaccine Supervision Platform.The platform adopts a variety of Big Data technologies.In the distribution process of the vaccine,the calculation of temperature and humidity data uses message middleware Kafka and real-time computing framework Storm,which realizes distributed and high-performance real-time data calculation to warning anomalies of temperature and humidity data.In the data analysis of vaccine circulation,the Hadoop framework is mainly used to conduct statistical analysis of data based on HDFS file storage technology and customized Mapreduce program.The results are visually displayed with the visual module.In the part of vaccine use data prediction,a time series prediction algorithm was used to build a prediction model for the quantity of vaccine used in the immunization planning of the provincial capital city,according to the vaccination records of the city.Furthermore,the paper designed the processing logic of each functional module.In the end,the functional and non-functional performance of the platform has been tested.At present,the Vaccine Regulatory Platform has been put into use.The platform runs well,which can effectively provide information support for the vaccine regulatory work in the province.
