| With the development of EDA technology, electromagnetic simulation software plays an important role in EDA. Dramatically reducing the product development cycle and development cost. However, with the increasing frequency of electronic products and the circuit complexity increases, to obtain a more accurate simu lation results and improve the operating efficiency of the simulation software, the need for more accurate pattern matching and more accurate numerical analysis method.This thesis contrapose the existing problem in the calculation problem of 3D modeling platform of 3D electromagnetic simulation modeling problem, the mesh generation problem, the constrained mesh problem. With the in-depth study, the works of below three aspects have been done:1. In view of the 3D electromagnetic simulation system of model construction requests it to have a relatively high degree of accuracy, can be as far as possible to reproduce the real the real physical world objects in this question, in the foundation of analyzing many kinds of 3D modeling platform, combined with the system of modeling accuracy requirements, proposed uses the ACIS and HOOPS platform to achieve accurate geometric modeling and display. The platform first create a variety of 3D solid model with accurate 3D geometric modeling engine ACIS, moreover because the ACIS standard maintenance interface can also extend its functionality in this platform foundation. Then, using the most advanced open 3D graphics processing platform HOOPS library for advanced rendering, on the model of vector output 3D graphics, animation, dynamic interference check and graphic data stream processing. Experiments show that, compared with other 3D modeling platform, this paper uses the platform to use more convenient, more powerful.2. In view of the 3D electromagnetic simulation system of the model grid points should have a relatively high degree of accuracy, and can adapt to the complicated geometry model of this problem, this chapter in the analysis of various mesh generation algorithm, combined with the system on the mesh of the requirements put forward by Adaptive Delaunay triangulation algorithm implementation of grid model. In view of this, the paper connects the adaptive Delaunay triangulation method with the limited mesh subdivision method, to achieve the local constrained mesh subdivision.
