Over the past few years, as the mobile communication technology has surged, mobile internet in our country has also obtained a considerable development, and thus, mobile intelligent terminals such as smartphones, tablets and so on have been represented by the wide range of popularity, influencing on people’s life profoundly, which is following is the rapid growing demand of the people’s mobile streaming media service. How to provide users with fast and steady streaming media service for mobile streaming media service industry, is a rare opportunity, and it is also a very challenging task.The application layer technology is currently the main solution to solve streaming media service problem. It can reduce the pressure of server, makes use of the ability of the mobile terminal fully. However, in the hot area, mobile network is more easy to aggregation, so how to switch the mobile terminal hotspots to non hot area, and ensure the communication quality, and also make full use of the sources of the non hot area, so as to realize the load balancing of the whole mobile network; and at the same time, how to guarantee the stability and robustness of the network, has becomes a problem.Base on the consideration of the above two points, through research and analysis of the domestic and foreign literature resources, this paper proposes an adaptive load balancing mechanism of mobile application layer multicast terminal active based on feedback, and then based on this algorithm achieves high stability mechanism tree to ensure the load balancing. The algorithm uses the quality of the network and the mobile terminal to simulate the user’s streaming media service satisfaction, and then through the user’s feedback to adjust the network adaptively.Based on the load balancing mechanism, this paper proposes a fault recovery mechanism based on backup of the first child node, the mechanism of comprehensive consideration of the node performance (SMSS), to estimate the node online time and node leave probability to select a first child node, when fault occurs, the first child node will be the parent node of the new, and system will re select the first sub backup node in the multicast tree after the mechanism is omitted; this recovery mechanism can reduce the time of fault node detection and parent node lookup time, it can also make full use of each node.The simulation experiments show that, the mechanism has the effect of load balancing and good stability, and can guarantee the quality of communication.
