| Based on national 500 KW of compressed air energy storage demonstration project as the research background, combining with the project of gas heat recovery system and central control system engineering need, upper machine and configuration software as the central control system for real-time data monitoring, and using the PLC(programmable controller) as the connection of the configuration software under a machine for testing of air tank pressure, temperature field and water tank parameters such as temperature, pressure, liquid level data acquisition and control. For collection and reservoir parameter detection, water tank of related parameters measurement and control integration is controlled by the central control system, solved the separation of control and the field, achieve real-time remote monitoring on the spot survey target.This paper studies the main content is as follows:(1) To the project of storage tanks in the regenerative system parameters such as temperature, pressure detection control method and the interface of the central control system is analyzed, deciding the overall concept of measurement and control system.Regenerative system(2) Through the gas storage measurement and control object and the realization of function analysis, establishes a set of distributed control system for project tasks, on the basis of the configuration software kingview as upper machine research and development of the central control room in the middle of the interface system and monitoring system.(3) Based on the construction of the system hardware and software interface design and programming and system installation and field test, to complete the project tasks. At the same time the whole measurement and control system applied to practice and analysis of the parameters in the process of the whole operation, to improve the project provides reliable parameter basis for energy conversion.To sum up, with compressed air system of the CAES projects in China, gas storage heat recovery system, turbine power generation system and central control system gas heat recovery system of the big four systems and central control system as the backing, study design a set of performance and the central system interface and some measurement and control system, the subsequent of this kind of measurement and control system development has a certain reference value and practical significance. |
