As the rapid development of the science and technology, the wireless communication technologies have sprung and are needed allocating the spectrum resources. The present allocation plan of the static spectrum is to put every fixed spectrum to every kind of technology respectively, which is causing the shortage of the available spectrum resources. Cognitive radio system is one of the solutions to handle with the demand and supply of the spectrum. Focusing on the phenomenon of the low rate of the utilization of empowered spectrum, this system not only solves the problem of the demand and the supply of the spectrum but also improve the rate of the utilization with using the spectrum hole reasonably to communicate in the basis of the fact that cognitive users don not influence empowered users.The spectrum sensing technology which is one of most vital importance in cognitive radio system is deeply studied in this paper. This paper comes out the method of the airspace cooperative sensing technology through analyzing the shortage of the single-point and cooperative spectrum sensing technologies nowadays. The rate of utilization of the spectrum resource is improved through method which gets the spectrum state of coordinate airspace information via the location of the empowering users and power using the RSSI algorithms and trilateral location algorithm. Eventually, the validity of the airspace cooperative sensing technology method is realized on the basis of the single-point spectrum sensing model on the USRP hardware platform.
