Again the design of B/S structure of the bank’s process management platform needed to ASP.NET technology, ADO.NET technology and SQLserver database were analyzed. In the paper requirements analysis stage, through the economic feasibility of the system, technical feasibility and operational feasibility analysis demonstrates the design and implementation of this system is feasible. Followed by a refinement of the system needs to do, for process management, process participation, distribution and approval process and other processes different roles the user’s activities, use cases, entity attributes and links, as well as data streams for each user when using the system in detail analysis, as the system’s opening title provides ample theoretical basis.
