Radar signal sorting algorithm has always been a hot issue in the field of radar technology. With the rapid development of radar technology, radar operating system developed toward diversified and complex, and posed a serious threat to the electronic reconnaissance equipments’ properties, also proposed high demands to the signal processing. Real-time radar signal sorting algorithm has always been one of the most complex problems in radar signal processing. In order to solve this urgent problem, this thesis mainly studied the key signal sorting algorithms, and the computer simulation was conducted. This thesis mainly includes the following aspects:Firstly, radar detector system and the complex signal environment faced by radar detector was described in detail. The characteristic of the signal was in-depth analysis and research. Discussd the parameter for signal sorting.Secondly, from theory of clustering, respectively introduced the classic clustering approach, and focud on the idea of the grid-density clustering. The key technology of the grid-density clustering was explained in detail. This thesis applied the grid-density clustering to radar signal sorting algorithm, and studied related system simulation. All of these laid a good foundation for next step.Thirdly, on the basis of the above analysis, online research of radar signal sorting algorithm was thoroughly studied and discusses the mechanism of the sliding window algorithm. Then this thesis analysised the online selection process detailed, and made the simulation on the MATLAB.Simulation results showed that the radar signal sorting algorithm need not give the number of the radar emitter, based on the idea of clustering mesh density, used the sliding window mechanism, can be dynamically sorted online densely overlapping radar signal pulse stream, and at high separation efficiency.
