Electronic information system is composed of electronic devices, refers to computers, communications equipment, processing equipment, control equipment and related facilities, etc. The equipment in system contact with and mutually influence each other in three ways by electric conductivity, electromagnetic induction and electromagnetic radiation, prone to electromagnetic interference and resulting electromagnetic compatibility failure.Firstly, in this paper, the electronic information system is divided into three subsystems according to the structural principle, introduced subsystem EMC characteristics. Due to the characteristics of the electromagnetic compatibility of each subsystem with a significant difference, electromagnetic compatibility analysis for subsystems separately is easier than electromagnetic compatibility analysis on the system as a whole. Secondly, made a detailed analysis of electromagnetic compatibility system cause of the malfunction. Because of electronic information system electromagnetic compatibility problem root cause subtle、complex factors characteristics, I made a topological decomposition of complex electronic information systems, established a hierarchical sub-module system, so that the complex system could be modular and simple,by electromagnetic topological theory, combining the three elements of EMC:interference source, coupling path and sensitive equipment. Clarify the inter-related relationship between sub-module system by the associated interaction diagram. Composing the interference source model, transmission channel model and sensitive equipment model to the same model, using electromagnetic interference model, electromagnetic topological theory and the three elements of the principle of electromagnetic interference, forming a unified system model to analyze electromagnetic interference electromagnetic compatibility problems. Third, analysis of EMC failure causes of electronic information systems by the use of fault tree analysis. Taking the system electromagnetic compatibility symptom as the top event, referring to system electromagnetic interference model, Breaking down and analyzing gradually the system the three elements according to the principle of electromagnetic interference, according to the principle of electromagnetic interference of the three elements. Get jamming equipment and coupled channels, causing the failure occurred, that is intermediate event and bottom events of fault tree. Get minimal cut sets by fault tree qualitative analysis and get minimal cut sets importance by fault tree quantitative calculation. Finally, electromagnetic compatibility fault tree establish and analysis software is designed, including the overall framework design, function design and database design.
