Design And Implementation Of Safety Print And Approval System

With the rapid development of information technology, there is increasingly more use of print device in enterprises, which brings great convenience for information sharing. But for a long time, people have few deep thoughts on the secure management of printers, and the idea of secure print has not been spread wide. Many enterprises have not put enough emphasis on the vulnerability of printing safety, and the management of printers still depends on men, which leads to many problems such as waste of paper, leakage of secret information and uncertainty of the identity of information leaker.Aimed at the information security problem and the printer control and management problem of secret unit and enterprises, this dissertation designs and realizes a system having the secure print function and the examination and approval function, which is applicable to secret unit and enterprises, base on the analysis on the existing technology and implementation. This dissertation mainly research on the techniques of the identity authentication, encrypted transportation, two-dimension code, multi-level approval and printer control and management.On the identity authentication, the system realizes a contactless registration and reading model for IC card by combining the password and card identity authentication in the print client. The system realizes multi-level approval model of files in a static way, and realizes the auto-run on print client by windows service, and realizes the monitoring and control printer by using API Hook techniques and multi-thread techniques. Besides, aimed at the security problem in the process of file transportation, the system builds a communication channel by adapting triple-DES and Diffie Hellman key exchange protocol, which realizes the secure transportation of files.
