With the advanced technology development, such as communication technology, electronics technology and piezoelectric materials. Ultrasound as a non-invasive, real-time, convenient and economical imaging technology, which is widely used in medical imaging. But the conventional ultrasound equipment, Due to the frequency is almost less than 20 MHz,result in the resolution of the conventional ultrasound equipment is not high. During the clinical study of ophthalmology, intravascular ultrasound and the animal embryos,we can not get high-definition organization chart, thereby making it difficult to accurately determine the incidence and development of the disease. In this thesis, focuses on the research and design of a flexible and portable ultrasound imaging system, which with a high-resolution imaging performance of two-dimensional ultrasound scans and intravascular ultrasound imaging. The main work is as follows:(1) Firstly, The basic knowledge of the ultrasound and ultrasound imaging should be introduced, followed by introducing the highlight the hardware circuit design of ultrasound imaging system, such as the emission of ultrasonic pulse excitation circuit and the receiver circuit.(2) Secondly, focuses on the digital signal processing algorithms, such as FIR filtering, Hilbert transform, CORDIC algorithms et.al. and completes its implementation in the FPGA.(3) Thirdly Complete the construction work of intravascular ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound scan imaging platform, including motor selection and procurement, wire-line mode of production. DIY the SMA connector of the Transducer, and buy the swine aorta specimen.(4) Lastly Complete ultrasound raw data RF data collection and use Matlab software to complete de-noising image data, as well as work to improve the SNR DSC coordinate transformation.
