With the gradual advance of industrial digital control system s, real-time and deterministic communication is one of the key indicator s. Highly reliable network technology as a powerful vector field of indust rial control has always been the focus of attention, it will contribute to th e industrial control from traditional analog centralized control to digita l distribute decentralized control. Thus highly reliable network in real-ti me, deterministic support technology became an important key technolog ies.In highly reliable network, reliability, real-time, safty and deterministi c are four important indicators of the highly reliable network system per formance. In this paper, we focus the key technologies on real-time a nd deterministic in highly reliable network. The main contents and resul ts are as follows:Firstly, highly reliable network research status and security, to deter mine the status of development of communication technology are reviewe d. Describes the typical different network topologies and highly reliable i nfrastructure development status based on different indicators. Describes some typical mode of communication schemes: random competition, m aster / slave, token-ring, etc.. Further in-depth analysis of each structure a nd the rationality and feasibility of communication modes, combined wit h major fieldbus technology and practical application scenarios, the feasib ility of the reasons given for each architecture. On this basis, further focus es on the highly reliable network communications in a number of key tec hnical support real-time and deterministic reduction technology impleme ntation details, and further explore the technical feasibility of the underlyi ng causes. Including the mainstream of industrial bus CAN, Control Ne t, EPA and Profi Bus ensuring technical details and technical implementati on plan and deterministic real-time communication aspects.In this process, aim at the uncertainty for the CAN bus communicati on, a new scheduling policy was proposed, which is a new dynamic pri ority scheduling policy, the principle is base on the frequency of node i nvolvement processor to dynamically adjusting its priority. In order to v alidate this strategy, through testing and MATLAB simulation hardware p latform, to create a software model of the scheduling strategy, complete c oding, analysis demonstrate its feasibility and applicability in highly relia ble network communications. Finally, choose two typical industrial appli cations for test: based on the master / slave-based quiz and Control Net i mplicit token-ring. Using CANoe test tool to get time-delay, packet lo ss and bit error rate such as network performance from network. And gives highly reliable network maturity assessment and recommendations an d propose dynamic priority scheduling policy summary outlook.
