The human error has an important impact on the safety and reliability of the nuclear power, aerospace, petrochemical complex large-scale system; its importance has been increasingly broad noticed. In this study WANO human error research was presented first. And then the overview of the current domestic and interactional status in human error research was made. By analyzing and combing the problems of human error research, such as, chaos and miscellaneous of work procedure, low degree of data visualization, poor extensibility of data, data accuracy is not guaranteed, etc. These factors caused low efficiency, poor Conscientiousness of research work, it is not conducive to development of research work.Based on Solution to the problems existing in the traditional WANO human error research work, this study analyzed the Functional requirement and overall system architecture of WANO human error statistical analysis system, and evaluated various database access technology and system realization technology,then choose the structure which has the characteristics of the C/S and B/S structure as the system architecture. Combined with SQL database technology and.NET development platform, I Realized WANO human error statistic analysis system which combines Data collection, maintenance, Preparation and application functions in one. The system not only satisfied the demand of research work at present but also has good scalability, can offer beneficial reference for the development of similar systems in future.WANO human error statistical analysis system can realize the goal that ETL data from incident report with almost identical performance. In the aspect of data extraction it can support multiple formats of data sources, in the aspect of data conversion system support automatic data conversion and validation function that based on WANO coding system, In data loading aspect data stored in the database in the form which compatible to the WANO coding system and can support multiple formats data export from system. It also easy to extend the function by adding statistical analysis component, the researchers can custom statistical analysis function according to their needs. Application results shows that the system can satisfy the functional needs of WANO human error research work, it has improved the efficiency and normative of research work, achieved the expected goal.
