With the improvement of quality of life, health is more and more concerned. Thenumber of people working in office with lacking movements is increasing. Theseincrease the probably of risk of having varix of lower limb. On markets, there is amedical treatment clothes that can prevent from leg diseases. The key point of makingmedical treatment clothes is how to draw the data of legs fast and exactly. The paperanalyses the problems in realization of system by introducing the design andrealization of human-leg measuring system. Then it analyses the errors on details andresults of errors emerging, and proposes some methods to reduce the errors andimprove precision. The specific productions as follows:(1) The paper introduces the human-leg measuring system, the part authortook part in, including selection of collection system, programming and fitting of legcurve shape. Each part is illuminated on details and gives out the specifics which mustbe noticed. At the end of paper, results are given out to confirm the validity andfeasibility of system by comparing the data measured by manpower with datameasured by system.(2) The feature of the paper is errors analysis, the necessary process ofmeasuring project in application. The paper analyzes the possible error in the system, and give the specific program to reduce the error by combined with the characteristicsof these errors. Finally, it proves the effort of error compensation to improve theaccuracy of the measurement results by comparing the experimental results. The erroranalysis is a measurement system for human legs in the paper, but in fact it’s alsoapplicable for human body measurements and can provide reference of reducinghuman body measurements error. Human leg measurement system uses the anthropometric method to study thehuman leg. This both promote the development of human bod measurementtechnology, and accelerated the rate of production of medical socks and systematic.
