Starting information construction in the late 1990s, massive amounts of industry data of has been accumulated Wenzhou Municipal Land Resource Bureau after years of development. With the unprecedented prosperity of real estate industry, the working load for grading and evaluating state land has become heavier, and the Wenzhou land prices have been seriously influenced by frequent phenomena like statistical omission in the manual land grading and evaluating work. The unification for land geometric position differences is utilized in the technology of multi-resource data fusion to realize integrated use for massive data. reduce data generation cost and improve data quality. Therefore, the manual processing errors can be reduced through the system.The problems in the information system construction, social factors in the land grading and evaluating work, as well as traditional manual land grading and evaluation of Wenzhou land resources is analyzed in this paper, and the necessity of the system is specified as well. Then the main functions of the system are discussed, and the core processes of land grading, standard land price evaluation and ancestor land evaluation is analyzed. Then, detailed designs for the graphical analysis subsystem and comprehensive evaluation subsystem are conducted. Furthermore, the matching of similar solid graphics, the fusion of land position property, as well as the realization of land grading calculation technology, image fusion are focally discussed. Finally, application prospect of this system are described.
