Design and implement Bank Customer Location System (BCLS) using RFID location technology and WLAN location technology, then design and implement six types of Bank Customer Service (BCS) based on the position of customers.By requirements analysis, conclude in some BCS related to indoor location technologies. There are three location targets:RFID bank card with passive RFID tag inside, RFID Key with active Wi-Fi RFID tag inside, and smart mobile device such as Smartphone and Pad. There are also three application environments:medium and large bank branch, small bank branch and self-help bank.Design and implement BCLS. Design RFID location subsystem, which can locate RFID bank cards with three location method:accurate positioning, inaccuracy positioning, and direction judge. Design WLAN location subsystem, which implement high density AP development to ensure any area is covered by at least 3 APs and calculate position by RSSI and Trilateration methods. It can locate RFID Keys and smart mobile devices. Design API to provide position data to other systems. It is for future extensions.Design and implement six types of BCS. Bank Branch Guide is developed by third party map service API and BCLS. Bank Branch Temperature, which using data from BCLS and other systems, analyzes every functional zone’s ratio of number of people to capacity, concludes in a percentage temperature value, and shows on the map. It also can judge if a room is empty and shows the result on the map. Optimization of The Intelligent Queuing System focuses on resolving the Vacant Number (VN) problem. It can find out and skip VNs by locate the customer that has the number. Customer Activation Analysis analyzes the activations of an individual or a group in order to find out customer’s interests and possible customers or improve the functions of a bank branch. Real Time Location Based Service is to provide automatic services or push customed messages to customer based on the customer’s real time location. Lost Property Seeking can discover a possible property lost event by locating the customer’s devices, then send alarm to the customer, and help him to find the lost things by location.
