With the intensifying homogeneous competition of the telecommunications market, value-added services have become the focus of competition among various telecom operators. They vie with each other in providing more and more colorful services involving more and more systems and servers. According to statistics, value-added services have reached and will continuously maintain rapid growth. The related management has become increasingly difficult. This paper designs and actualizes the concentrated management system of value-added services. Such system sends back the monitored data of service system received from probes through message interfaces to the management platform and then delivers the data to the service ruling engine for analysis and processing. Furthermore, the system initiates the warning service to warn the monitored data reaching the warning condition. To be specific, the paper studies the following issues.To solve the problems of management system in the current market such as untimely display of data in monitoring center, overlapping arrangement of the same system, and scattered storage of data and others, the paper proposes the application of a monitoring and managing method based on Web-based distributed technology and the integration of the high efficiency of data acquisition units and the perfect monitoring system of Quartz to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data acquisition while at the same time minimizing its effect on the managed object. This proposal lays a solid foundation for dealing with complicated network topological structures and realizing bi-directional monitoring and management.Based on an analysis of the issue of authorization in the traditional RBAC model, the paper puts forward a reformed RBAC authority model to solve the difficult authority management and security issue within expanded scale. It also introduces the idea of role inheritance and separation of responsibility and actualizes the three-dimensional infinite cascade authority model for more flexible, convenient and safer authority patterns. Also, it solves practical problems for smoother user login and management operating system.
