With the development of social economy, the quantity of motor vehicle and driver is increasing year by year, the traffic flow and hidden danger of traffic safety is increasing continuously, the problem of motor vehicle speeding, overloading, illegal road occupation, traffic congestion and other issues have become increasing prominent, road traffic safety situation is becoming increasingly grim. On the other hand, the increase of intelligent traffic control technology and the progress of intelligent acquisition equipment, makes the basic traffic data quantity explosive increase. Facing such a huge dynamic traffic data flow, how to efficient collection, transmission, real-time analysis, so that the public security organs can control the security situation, is facing enormous technical challenges. Traditional traffic management platform has been unable to meet the demand of traffic data in real time analysis of posture, in big data background, how is worth studying and thinking about is the problem of how to apply big data technology to real-time processing of traffic flow data.Our system is designed and developed in this kind of background.The emergence of distributed storage and computing related technology provides a good solution to solve the problem of real-time processing of traffic data flow. We apply distributed stream processing and memory computing technology to the real time processing of traffic data flow, use a distributed stream processing framework for real-time analysis of the dynamic traffic data. We use distributed message queue to push the analysis results to the front end for real-time display. We design and implement the complete process from the massive traffic data inflow to the display of real-time analysis results.Our System is based on MVC architecture, using B/S architecture, with Spring MVC framework as the web framework system. We separation the front end and the back end of the system, using the message queue as the middle layer to decouple. We follow the basic principles of software engineering, analysis the system demand according the needs of users. The we do the outline design,the detailed design and module design, and a comprehensive test after the completion of the development to ensure the stability of the system.
