| Unprecedented challenges and opportunities occur because of Social aging,due to the trend of social civilization development, it is becoming an assignable focus on the attention of elder persons’ life, meanwhile, products for aged people bound to meet the demand of elder persons. Information development and the growth of living standard results in diversification of products for elder persons, however, although there are varieties of electric products, still can not meet the need,instead,elder persons totally ignore them, so there is huge potential in aged products industry. The top priority of aged products industry is to enhance elder persons’ UE(user experience), and fulfill the expectations and demands.The research content of the task comes from the master’s study period, an interactive design project while participating in the user experience management department internship during the stay in Hisense multimedia R&D (research and development) centre.The project includes the whole interactive design procedure〠usability test and iterative design of Hisense E360M operating system for elder persons.This thesis is focusing on analysis of mainstream of 2 kinds of intelligent mobiles and 1 desktop application products,and studying in 3 aspects including orientation feature, interactive logic and interface design, then by analyzing the target users feature and demand through references, survey and user conversations, together with product main point, to achieve the conversion from demand point to mobile system function. Base on this, we invite 8 aged people to make a user test upon mobile test version operating system, after mobile operating system control design, structure design original design and visual design, as a result, it concludes that we can proceed iterative design in the usability of systemic interaction to complete interactive design procedure of the whole mobile operating system.Through the complement of interactive design of elder persons’ mobile operating system, we give a good solution in the usability of elder persons’ mobile operation, and provide with a smooth and comfortable user experience, it earns a good reputation in market and has reference use significance in the design procedure to such similar operating system design. In addition, during design analysis period and according to analysis result of former research and study, we come up with original design and visual design principle of mobile operating system and do researches focusing on elder persons’ interactive design as well. |
