In the domestic parts of gradually introducing the "wisdom tourism" concept, and launched related projects.National Tourism Bureau in 2012 to determine the 18 city Beijing as the pilot city of national wisdom tourism. Put forward to build the tourism industry chain information aggregation platform, to build data centers, portals, pocket guide, scenic tour, touching screen query, wisdom, experience, team management, security monitoring, sensor, a tourist card as the focus of the wisdom of tourism public service system, and strive to achieve the intelligent online services, tourism online marketing, online booking and online payment function, enhance the level of information of city tourism. And operation specification in Beijing city tourism industry and business administration in the process, the operation of digital office and professional is imperative. At present, Beijing travel team travel control is not perfect; most remain in the traditional mode of monitoring. "The wisdom of tourism system is an important part of Beijing wisdom tourism platform. The system makes full use of information means, respectively, for the tourism industry management departments, travel agencies, tour guide (leader), tourists, travel team travel to provide integrated services management and monitoring. Through the implementation of the project, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of tourism will be the integration of tourism industry factors, to achieve a comprehensive services and management of the city’s travel agencies, tour leader, and tourists. In this paper, combined with the team and travel business and modern information technology rapid development, the introduction of "the wisdom of tourism" concept, the design and implementation of a monitoring system for the travel team travel.At first, this article discusses the wisdom tourist travel team monitoring system’s project background and its research and development on the basis of design problems. In addition, Combined with flow chart and use case diagram, we respectively make detailed instructions on the system’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements.On the basis of demand analysis, we designed the architecture of the monitoring system of a tourism team of wisdom travelling. According to the objectives and principles of system designing of the team travel monitoring system requirements, system is mainly divided into:the guide mobile phones assistant, tourist assistant and monitoring platform. The technical architecture has a consideration of system maintenance, stability and expansibility. In the technical architecture design, we first analyzed the system network architecture and data storage structure, adopting the mature and stable spring MVC framework developing monitoring platform. During the analysis on the functional architecture, we discussed the functions of the parts of the system, and state the function of each module in detail.Secondly, the detailed design of the wisdom travel team monitoring system are a chived. According to the combination of travel business and modern information tech nology,we design the structure to satisfy customer needs.The structure are divided int o three parts:Mobile assistant guides, tourists mobile assistant and monitoring platfor m.From the perspective of the guide and actual needs, Guide’s mobile phone assistant designs the related module, and states the functional diagram in detail; Similar to guide the design of mobile phone assistant mode, Tourists phone assistant has difference in the content of the module; The main users monitoring platform of monitoring platform are government agencies and travel service management, to ensure real-time monitoring information to the team for the background management.We show the overall structure of the wisdom travel team monitoring syste-m.Ac cording to the combination of tourism and modern information technology, we dicuss about the detailed design of each module with understanding the overall st ructure enough.then,we make use of state diagrams and interaction diagrams to achiv e d-etailed design diagrams.In addition,the messages pushed and the location inform ation uploaded programs are introduced in detail.
