As important means of battlefield maneuver, logistics and loading. The Modern military vehicles transportation plays an important role in the outcome of the war. If we can improve the ability of military logistics transportation vehicles and its response speed, we are able to acquire battlefield security and time for the units. More importantly, we may win greater initiative for troops on the battlefield. The system of military logistics vehicles rapid collaborative scheduling is established under the background of this research. This work can be summarized as the following five aspects:(1) Military vehicles scheduling management status quo of the research at home and abroad. In order to provide a specific reference for the army rapid collaborative logistics vehicle scheduling management system, First of all, we research and analysis the problems of China’s military logistics vehicle’s management and scheduling,then study the application status and development trend of military vehicles collaborative scheduling management system at home and abroad and draw lessons from the advanced experience.(2) The introduction of related technology. Comparing the global positioning system (GPS) and the principles and functions of the Beidou navigation and positioning system of United States, China, Russia and the European Union countries to lay the intellectual foundation for subsequent work.(3) Military logistics vehicle rapid collaborative scheduling management system requirements analysis. According to the outside of the military exercises and practical data, we analyze the military logistics vehicles in the battlefield and disaster relief emergency transportation task and demand, we also analyze the function analysis in the process of military logistics vehicle scheduling and non-functional requirements analysis;(4) Military logistics vehicle rapid collaborative scheduling management system design. According to the previous user requirement analysis, we design and analyze the general structure, organization structure and the function module and so on of the army vehicles cooperative management system.(5) The implementation and testing of Army rapid collaborative logistics vehicle scheduling management system. According to the design of fast collaborative scheduling management system, we compile positioning module, path matching module, communication module and other core modules of the fast collaborative scheduling management system. Based on Beidou navigation of military logistics vehicle rapid collaborative scheduling management system through the black box testing, it corrects the disadvantages of collaborative scheduling management system in the previous work is.at present, the function of the Beidou navigation rapid collaborative logistics vehicle scheduling management system of the vehicle management is in use, and can meet the practical requirements of vehicle logistics management.
