permanent magnets of injection molding have high dimensional accuracy, surface finish, good uniformity inside the magnet, the surface magnetic field consistency, anti-corrosion and so on. Therefor it is widely used in sensors, brushless motors, instrumentation, automotive electronics and other fields. In recent years, with the development of home appliances, automotive electronics and consumer electronics development, the demand for these areas for the injection of the permanent magnet is also increasing. Flux as a key indicator to measure the performance of the permanent magnet, so the detection of the size of it becomes the essential part of the entire production industry of injection permanent magnet. For the problems of the permanent magnet flux existing detection methods, such as low detection efficiency, high labor intensity, increasing business demand, we design a permanent magnet flux injection automated text line. This method is intended for automatic, on-line detection of permanent magnet flux injection. In addition, improving the detection efficiency, reducing labor intensity and saving labor costs link detection are also what we achieve. It can adapt to the growing demands of enterprise production.By analyzing the principle and the advantages and disadvantages of several existing permanent magnet flux detection methods, the paper designs automation implementation of the permanent magnet flux detection based on the detection principle of coils and fluxmeter. In this paper, the whole system is divided into flux meter, mechanical and PLC control. Firstly, Analysis of harmonious relations among them, and then distribution design.Fluxmeter design includes hardware circuit design and software design. In hardware design, firsely, analysis the electronic integrator principles and the problems when using the principle of the permanent magnet flux computing needs attention. At the same time, the solutions are proposed. Secondly, the entire circuit is divided into several modules. Each module was realized schematic design. Software design includes lower computer software and upper computer software. Lower computer software is mainly responsible for A/D sampling, exchange with PLC signal and serial communication with the host computer. Upper computer software mainly through the serial port to obtain the test data from the lower machine and stored in the database in order to data management and human-computer interaction.Mechanical design mainly uses strategy of linkage control with six cylinders to achieve orderly and efficient action of permanent detection. Then based on the input and output of detection process, the PLC model is selected. At last, write a PLC program, the purchase of components and layout control cabinet.Finally, the entire system is jointed commissioning. And then it obtains experimental data detection. Through the analysis of experimental data revealed that the system is reliable. In addition, detection accuracy and detection efficiency can meet the business requirements. The system is now used to detect corporate sectors.
