Research And Analysis On Application System Of Financial Budget Implementation Network Audit

In the face of the financial sector information, audit institutions of the province of the financial budget implementation of the audit organization, audit methods and means of audit, has been unable to support the review and audit of financial budget, the existing information means to obtain financial system to store business data capacity is insufficient, financial funds can not do the whole process of real-time monitoring, audit quality and audit efficiency can not be improved, the audit institutions are faced with the dilemma that will not be able to accomplish the task of audit supervision. Through the first and the second phases of golden audit project construction, the informational level of audit institutions has been improved, auditors’ability and methods by computer technology has been effectively improved too. The improvement of audit informational ability effectively supports the change and innovation of audit method and means, in the new period of national audit institutions. In this article, through the study of financial audit, the author explored the approach to improve the efficiency of financial audit by using computer information technology. Combined with the existing unified platform of audit assignments, according to the overall plan of national audit office’s golden audit project and the audit planning requirements of data center, this article focus on to analysis and design the financial audit services such as financial network audit system, what can support the budget preparation and execution of business, as well as pay budget implementation.
