Realizing Web Pages Visualization Of XGMML Biomedical Network Based On Cytoscape Web Technology

In this dissertation, biomedical network visualization can help researchers more intuitively, fully understand the relationship among the interactions of molecules in biological medical network.This dissertation uses a series of interconnected technical schemes. Using the c# StreamReader class and XmlReader class to convert original TXT documents and XML data into MS SQL 2008 R2 database. Using T - SQL language in the database to generate related TXT biological data network. Using related TXT biological data network and the C# to generate XGMML data formats supported by Cytoscape Web. Finally using HTML, JavaScript and Cytoscape Web to generate web page visualization. In the end, converting biomedical network of format XML and TXT into web page visualization successfully.This dissertation provides a set of ideas which convert XML and TXT data into the biomedical network figure in web page. For researchers who need visual display and timely information sharing provides a great convenience.
