As the mobile Internet has become increasingly essential to people’s lives, mobile applications have changed people’s production, work and lifestyle, and also introduced a new normal of innovation-driven development. At the third session of the 12 th National People’s Congress on March 5, 2015, Premier Li Keqiang proposed the "Internet +" action plan for the first time in the report on the work of the government. Against this background, the project has made a profound research and analysis of the present situation and development of this traditional industry----driving training, and made a discovery that our nation’s driving training service sector is both traditional and modern, and its development is coupled with the development of economy and society as well as automobile industry. In 2012, there are 11,557 motor vehicle driver training providers across the country, and a total of 22.288 million automobile drivers were trained, up by 2.737 million people over the figure of the previous year, with an increase of 14%. The growth rate keeps pace with the fast-growing number of the domestic civil automobile holders. By the end of April in 2014, the totaled number of Chinese vehicle drivers has exceeded 226 million. With the continuing increase of the data and the constant improvement of the policy and regulation, the problems caused by the extensive management model of driving school have gradually occurred, including overcrowding trainees, time-consuming waiting in line, less source of students, soaring training costs and vicious price competition and so on. All these problems are faced directly by both driving schools and trainees. Thereby, in the light of above problems, based on the research on the traditional driving school industry and the analysis of the demand of current trainees, the project, combined with the concept of “Internet +", puts forward a solution plan named O2 O which can be exclusively applied in driving school industry, and develops a practicable driving school app based on iOS platform.In the face of the problems of low effectiveness and chaotic situation in driving school industry, the project develops an app applied in driving school industry on the basis of iOS platform combined with the technologies of MVC and multithreading and so on, aiming at helping college students to find a appropriate and excellent one and accelerating the speed of industrial information transfer.The app is characterized by providing information about driving school according to the differentiated market, building trainee review community, making the service transparent, and helping students to fast distinguish between the superior and inferior driving schools. Meanwhile, it also offers question bank, customized service, and customer service and other functions during the training time so as to raise the effectiveness of trainees in each test.The research works of this article is composed of the following aspects: first, it makes an in-depth research and analysis of the status quo and development of driving training industry at home and board, and also briefs the basic demand and design direction of this article combined with the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the previous related app. Second, it analyzes the composition and principle of iOS system and comprehensively concludes its characteristics. It also studies on iOS system’s architecture, design, as well as practical application, which has laid a foundation for the design of the driving school app based on iOS platform. At the same time, the article is focus on analyzing the key technology of this research, achieving the improvement of multithreading in the development of iOS, designing mass data processing program and building the security mechanism to ensure users’ information safety. Third, the article makes a detailed analysis of the working principle and relevant characteristics of the app, and fully explains its functions and module construction. On the basis of the meticulous and overall investigation on the needs of users, the app’s platform structure was designed and the interface layout as well as functions was divided. Finally, the system is coded through Objective-C language under iphone SDK environment by the means of Xcode. The tests and analysis has demonstrated that the driving school app is valid and feasible in practical use.The project is based on the author’s start-up project----Xuechebang. After an abundance of early development works, the app Xuechebang has put into practice and has involved 17 universities and colleges in Chengdu, with 300 contracted driving school agencies. It has been successfully enlisted as the incubation project of Chengdu municipal Gaoxin district pioneer park. By the end of April 2015, it has a total of 10,000 users, of which 3,000 users are active ones. There are 600 students who have registered with driving school through Xuechebang. Meanwhile, Xuechebang has created the revenue of 150,000 Yuan, and its staff size has expanded to 40 people with the development of the product. The driving school app based on O2 O is an application of mobile Internet, and it has resolved many two-way problems in traditional driving training industry. On one hand, for trainees, it has settled down the problems including asymmetric information about driving schools, and the negligence of physical examination test and so on. On the other hand, for driving schools, market Segmentation-based app has help them to find their more accurate operating channel, and break the geographic restriction on physical stores, which demonstrating the first step to open the door of the mobile Internet.
